Pallet King is a browser-based reference and calculation tool for air cargo unit load device (ULD) handling: container and pallet dimensions, contour envelopes, aircraft hold positions, booking-list volume and chargeable weight, and build-up procedure guidance. It is offered to freight forwarders, cargo terminals, airlines and their staff as a business tool.
It is an editorial and computational aid. It does not communicate with the aircraft, does not see the load as physically built, and has no knowledge of your station’s local restrictions, door profiles in service, or the carrier’s current limitations.
Reference figures are compiled from named sources — IATA ULD Regulations, carrier Weight & Balance documents, ground-handler operations manuals, and published carrier specifications — and cross-checked field by field. Where sources disagree, both values are shown and calculations use the more restrictive one.
Not every field is equally evidenced, and we label the difference rather than hide it. Contour sections carry a verification status: some heights trace to manufacturer reproductions of the IATA contour letter table, while the point-by-point taper widths do not, because no authoritative public table of fold points could be located. Certain industry labels have no confirmed IATA letter at all. Fields we could not verify are left empty instead of estimated.

Booking lists, cargo lines and build records you enter stay on your device unless you deliberately use a save, share or export action that sends them somewhere. We claim no ownership of them and no licence to use them. We do not read them, and because they are not transmitted to us we could not.
The selection, arrangement, verification notes and original explanatory text on this site belong to 珠海市香洲区卓浚零售和批发商行 (Zhuojun Retail and Wholesale Firm, an individual business operator registered in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China). IATA, ULDR, aircraft manufacturer names and carrier names are the trademarks of their respective owners; naming them identifies the source of a figure and is not a claim of affiliation, endorsement or licence. Data taken from a regulatory or carrier document remains subject to that document’s own terms — if you need a licensed copy of IATA ULDR, obtain it from IATA.
The service is provided as available. It may change, and features may be added or removed. Reference figures may be corrected at any time; a correction is a change to the service, not a breach of these terms. We may suspend access for abuse or for legal compliance.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DIMENSION, WEIGHT, CONTOUR, POSITION COUNT OR CALCULATION IS CORRECT OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE LOSS, INCLUDING LOST REVENUE, LOST CARGO, DELAY, AIRCRAFT OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE, GROUNDING, REGULATORY FINES, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS DATA, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND USD 100. THESE LIMITS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, AND DO NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless 珠海市香洲区卓浚零售和批发商行 (Zhuojun Retail and Wholesale Firm, an individual business operator registered in Zhuhai, Guangdong, China) against claims arising from your use of output from this service to plan, build, accept or move cargo, or from your breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or restrict access for breach of these terms or where required by law. Sections 2, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.
These terms deliberately do not choose a governing law, and they do not move any dispute to a particular court. The law that applies to a dispute is therefore settled by the conflict-of-law rules that govern it, not by our drafting. Mandatory rules of the country where you are established continue to apply to you, and nothing here is intended to remove them.
The cost of that choice is written down rather than left implicit: because no forum is agreed, neither side can insist on litigating in its own home court. For a business customer that is a genuine disadvantage in a dispute, and we accepted it knowingly instead of by omission. A separately signed agreement — a team or enterprise contract, for example — may specify a governing law and forum, and where it does, it prevails over this section.
